Audiences who frequently follow our social media may have noticed that we’ve attempted to bury girls in water beads several times. This time, we finally filmed a complete video, documenting Xiaomeng’s experience with breathplay while she was submerged in the water beads.

The initial wait was long—we had to wait for the water to slowly enlarge the tiny beads. Once we estimated the volume was enough to cover Xiaomeng, she eagerly climbed into the box, slowly curled up, and lay down. We quickly connected her breathing tube, and then her head could be completely pushed under.

After pulling the tip of the tube through a pre-drilled hole in the lid and sealing the cover, Xiaomeng’s right to breathe was completely in my hands. What followed was a variety of manipulations: Blocking the tube with a hand; connecting a rebreather bag with an intake valve that was either open or closed; connecting the tube to KENZE’s electronic breathing valve and setting it to random mode; adding the rebreather bag to the valve’s intake port; placing a plastic bag directly over the tube; and attaching a flow-sensitive check valve. We really managed to come up with so many different combinations.

Listening to Xiaomeng breathe through the flow-sensitive check valve, the sound was quite steady most of the time, except for occasional valve closures when she gasped for air. Now that everyone’s tired out, let’s turn off the lights and rest. Xiaomeng should be able to get a good night’s sleep in the box, too~
